We are always keen to work with enthusiastic, reliable and committed tutors who are sensitive to individuals' needs and can think outside the box as well as work with pupils' needs to secure their academic achievements.
An undergraduate degree is a minimal requirement and we look favourably on tutors who can also bring their life's experiences and skills to the company. Experience of the British exam system is also an invaluable asset.
Our company can offer a wonderful way of being engaged in education without having to pursue a PGCE. We encourage continual learning for our tutors and the paper work is minima and the hours regular on a flexible basis to suit.
We are more concerned with delivering an excellent quality of tuition than ticking the boxes.
Directors Alex and Moira have each tutored over 10,000 hours and enjoy introducing new and enthusiastic people to tutoring. Working one-to-one is a highly enjoyable and mutually rewarding experience so we look for tutors who are enthusiastic, love continual learning, enjoy engaging with young minds and helping them through.
